TERMS & CONDITIONS
The general terms and conditions written below are valid for all DAKAM conferences.
1. Registration is obligatory to attend the conference as a presenter.
2.1. Registration fee covers the entrance for all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, snacks, conference materials, one copy of the proceedings e-book in a DVD box, and a participation certificate for in-person conferences.
2.2. The necessary information for participation certificates is based on the data from the registration forms completed by the participants. Thus no changes can be made after the conference.

2.3. The texts used in the proceedings e-book will be obtained from the emails sent to info@dakam.org system by the announced full paper submission deadline. No changes can be made after the deadline.
Registration faults

3.1. The responsibility for any mistake in filling in the registration form or choosing the wrong category belongs to the participants. All related registration categories and service information are written on the REGISTRATION INFO page.
Language
4.1. All proposals, presentations, and papers must be in English, except if it is mentioned otherwise on the webpage of the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
5.1. Registration payments are non-refundable. If, for any reason, you cannot attend the event, you can use your ticket for another DAKAM conference in the future or convert it into a Virtual Presentation.
5.2. If the conference is postponed, the organizer will make the announcement 30 days prior to the conference, and you will be refunded in full if you prefer to cancel your registration.
5.3. If an event is canceled due to a force majeure, the refund conditions in 5.2. will be applied.

Papers with Multiple Authors and Separate Papers by the Same Author
6.1. In the case of multiple authors, co-authors other than the first author do not need to register if they will NOT physically attend the conference.

6.2. If authors other than the paper's presenter will attend the conference, they will need to register in the Co-Author category in addition to the presenter's registration.

6.3. If an author has more than one paper to present at the conference, he/she has to register separately for each paper. A regular fee will be applied to the first paper, and the additional paper rate will be applied to each subsequent paper.

6.4. If the second author of a paper has another paper to present as the first author, both first authors have to register in the regular registration category. The additional paper category is only valid in the case of the same first author.
